Akarsh Ravikumar

Akarsh, Ravikumar is the official Operations Manager of Vital Records Pvt Ltd of India, Akarsh has always felt the need to encourage people in his native country to research their own Family History. This hope first began back in 2018 when he and his partner Ken Wilson approached the department of National Records in New Delhi. While meeting with the Prime Minister’s Secretary and (the late) Union Minister HN Ananth Kumar revealed that they had just passed a nationwide bill that would permanently close all access to the Government Record Vaults of India. This news was devastating for his dreams would have to be shelved for the time being until just recently when another avenue revealed itself for a different way to go about providing family history records to India Nationals; The Hindu Pilgrimage Records!
